Cancel jobs output.

Parameters:

Jn[-n]
	Batch job or range of jobs to be purged.
Sn[-n]
	Started task or range of started tasks to be purged.
Tn[-n]
	TSO user or range of TSO users to be purged.
'jobname'
	Name of job to be purged.
Q=
	The classes of output to be cancelled for the specified jobs.
L=
	The area (a), console identifier (cc), or area and console identifier at which the requested display appears.
